The venue

Nant Gwrtheyrn is the former quarry village at Llithfaen on the north coast of the Llŷn, below the village on a steep access road. Pickup and drop-off need an agreed point because the road down to the site is not a normal A-road stop. Pwllheli and the Llŷn are the local area. A Manchester Airport arrival is a long A55 then Llŷn journey.

Eight seats do not decide the luggage. Cases, pushchairs, instruments and camping kit have to be described. A full passenger load plus eight people's camping equipment should not be assumed to fit.

Do not assume a doorstep stop. Agree the pickup point in the quote. The access road is steep and is not treated as a standard A-road collection.
