Llyn Gwynant Barns is at Nantgwynant, on the A498 between Beddgelert and Pen-y-Gwryd. This is a Snowdonia journey, longer than any Chester or Wrexham wedding, with mountain-road timing. Luggage for an overnight stay matters. Manchester and Liverpool airport collections are dual-carriageway runs followed by the A5 or A470. Do not assume a quick evening shuttle back to Chester.
