The venue

Highfield Hall is also in Northop, so it shares the A55 with Soughton Hall, but it is a different property. The booking has to say Highfield Hall rather than only Northop. Mold guests are a short inland hop. Chester guests are an A55 journey. An evening return is a time on the request, not a rolling shuttle.

Ceremony, reception and the next morning

List the hotel, the ceremony and the reception if they are different places. An evening collection and a next-day airport or home journey are extra times, not an automatic extra.

Eight seats do not decide the luggage. Cases, pushchairs, instruments and camping kit have to be described. A full passenger load plus eight people's camping equipment should not be assumed to fit.

Can we book Highfield Hall and another Northop venue on the same day?

Only if both addresses and the times are on the itinerary. The two halls are not interchangeable stops.
