Travelling to the festival
Download is at Donington Park, so the finish is the M1 and the circuit, not Birmingham city and not East Midlands Airport unless you also have a flight. Wrexham and Chester are motorway journeys. North Wales adds the A55 or A5 before that. Camping kit is common and must be listed. Airport collections from East Midlands or Birmingham can be added only as named stops. We are not the festival's coach operator and we do not publish dates.
Location and the organiser
Donington Park. Use the entrance the organiser has given you, and describe any camping kit on the quote.
Confirm the entrance and the dates with the organiser before you travel: https://downloadfestival.co.uk/
Airport connections
A flight can be the start or the finish of the festival journey. Name the airport, the terminal and the festival entrance.
Parties of one to eight
The vehicle has eight passenger seats and is driven for you. One, two, four, six or eight passengers can book it. You do not have to fill the other seats.
There is no fare table on this website. The quote is for the journey you describe, not a published price per person.
Eight seats do not decide the luggage. Cases, pushchairs, instruments and camping kit have to be described. A full passenger load plus eight people's camping equipment should not be assumed to fit.
Questions before you book
Can the return from Download be on a different day?
Yes. Request the outbound and the return as the days you actually need. The vehicle is not left at the site between them unless a waiting arrangement has been agreed in the quote.
