At the venue
ExCeL is at Royal Victoria Dock in east London. It is not The O2. Conference and exhibition visitors often have more personal luggage than a concert party, and that luggage has to be described. We do not move freight, crates or stands. Liverpool, Chester and North Wales are long inbound or outbound journeys. Name the entrance.
Parties of one to eight
The vehicle has eight passenger seats and is driven for you. One, two, four, six or eight passengers can book it. You do not have to fill the other seats.
There is no fare table on this website. The quote is for the journey you describe, not a published price per person.
Eight seats do not decide the luggage. Cases, pushchairs, instruments and camping kit have to be described. A full passenger load plus eight people's camping equipment should not be assumed to fit.
Outward journeys and inbound collections
You can book the journey to Excel London, the collection after the event, or both.
A return on another day is a separate time on the request. Sending the form stores a request. It does not confirm the vehicle, the time or the price.
